At Resort for a Day, we are committed to offering the best value on resort day passes for cruise passengers. If you find the same resort day pass available online for a lower price, we will match it. Our goal is simple: transparent pricing, no booking fees, and the best available price.
How It Works
If you find a lower publicly available price for the same resort day pass, simply contact our customer support team and we will review the price and match it. Prices that include mandatory booking fees, taxes or service charges will be compared using the total final price paid by the guest at checkout. Best Price Guarantee requests must be submitted either before booking, or within 24 hours of making your reservation. You may submit your request by emailing info@resortforaday.com. Our team is available 7 days a week and will respond as quickly as possible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee, the lower price must be in USD and meet the following conditions:
- The day pass must be for the same resort
- The day pass must be for the same date, time & duration
- The pass must include all of the exact same inclusions and amenities
- The pass must be available for immediate booking & confirmation online
- The lower price must be publicly available (not a member, resident, military or travel agent rate)
Exclusions: The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Prices requiring membership, loyalty programs, or coupon/promo codes
- Group rates, travel agent rates or negotiated contracts
- Bundle or package offers that include additional services
- Flash sales or limited-time promotions
- Prices displayed after purchase (such as email-only offers)
- Prices that are not available at the time of verification
- Prices requiring login or email subscription
Coupons and Promotional Discounts
If a Resort for a Day promotional code, coupon, credit, or other discount is applied to a reservation, any Best Price Guarantee comparison will be based on the final price paid after the coupon or discount has been applied, rather than the original listed price of the day pass. To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must be lower than the net price paid by the guest after the Resort for a Day coupon or promotional discount is applied.
Price Verification
All claims are subject to verification by the Resort for a Day team. The lower price must be verifiable at the time the claim is reviewed.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Match the lower price or
- Provide a refund of the price difference if you have already booked.
Timeframe for Claims
Best Price Guarantee requests must be submitted:
- Before booking, or
- Within 24 hours of making your reservation
