Taxi service is easy to get at the cruise ship terminal; Hotel Riu Palace Aruba is a convenient 15 minute drive from the cruise pier and the taxi fare is about $15 each way. Although the cruise port is nearby, we always suggest you depart the resort 2 hours prior to your ship’s scheduled departure time. |

How It Works: Exclusive to cruise ship passengers only, a cruise line issued ID is required upon check-in. Guests who are not able to provide their cruise line issued ID upon arrival will be denied access. Purchasing your Resort for a Day shore excursion day pass is simple. Make your online purchase and your resort passes are emailed to you within the same day. Availability at the RIU Palace Aruba Resort is very limited, so book early to secure your space. Helpful Tips: • Balance due at check-in must be paid with a credit card, cash & American Express are NOT accepted. • A VALID PHOTO ID & your PRINTED day pass is required & will be kept at the front desk upon check-in until you're ready to head back to the cruise pier. • Dry clothing is required for indoor buffet restaurant, bathing suites and wet clothing are not permitted. • Electronic day passes are not accepted & will delay the check-in process. |

This resort was amazing. It had everything we were looking for- pool, beach, food and drinks. We were treated like all the other guests staying at the resort- first class. The swim up bars were amazing and the service was fantastic too. I definitely recommend this hotel.
