Resort for a Day Instagram Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Resort for a Day Instagram Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by World Travel Holdings, Inc., doing business as Resort for a Day ("Sponsor"), located at 1201 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Resort for a Day experiences are available only to guests traveling on a cruise ship with a scheduled port stop at participating destinations and are subject to availability.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 12, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
- Follow @ResortForADay on Instagram.
- Visit the designated giveaway post on the Resort for a Day Instagram account.
- Leave one (1) comment containing the words "DAY PASS."
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per Instagram account.
Comments generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or other fraudulent methods are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of using automated or fraudulent entry methods.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account. If requested by Sponsor for verification purposes, entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) $100 Resort for a Day digital promotional gift card/coupon (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100 USD).
The prize will be delivered via email as a promotional code redeemable online at ResortForADay.com toward an eligible Resort for a Day experience.
The promotional code:
- is valid toward the required deposit at the time of booking for eligible Resort for a Day experiences;
- does not expire;
- may be applied toward multiple eligible bookings until the full promotional value has been redeemed;
- is non-transferable;
- has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash;
- may not be sold or exchanged.
Any unused balance may be applied toward a future eligible Resort for a Day booking.
The prize is subject to all applicable booking terms, availability, and any additional conditions published on ResortForADay.com.
The prize does not include:
- cruise fare;
- airfare;
- transportation;
- hotel accommodations;
- gratuities;
- travel insurance;
- taxes;
- port fees;
- or any other travel-related expenses not expressly stated.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur on or about July 13, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @ResortForADay account.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
Sponsor may require the winner to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
If the potential winner:
- fails to respond within the required time;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- declines the prize;
- cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts; or
- fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, Instagram username, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, messages, or communications, or for technical, hardware, software, network, or platform failures of any kind.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram and agree to release and hold Instagram harmless from any responsibility or liability related to this Promotion.
13. Winner Inquiries
Only the selected winner will be contacted directly.
Questions regarding the Promotion may be submitted to info@resortforaday.com within thirty (30) days after the winner has been confirmed. To protect participant privacy, Sponsor will not disclose the winner's personal information.
14. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by law, the Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
